1.- Before cleaning, make sure that the appliance is not connected.
2.- Remove the aluminium tray and the elements inside the collector tube.
3.- Do not clean with harsh products or metallic scrubbers that may damage shiny surfaces.
Make sure to thoroughly dry all parts after cleaning.
4.- After putting all the parts back together to store the appliance, coat the disks, bolt, blade,
spindle and inside of the T tube with some oil to prevent rust.
5.- Remember that the motor unit can not be submerged in water. Clean it with a moist rag,
making sure to dry it after cleaning.
6.- If the grinder will not be used for a long time, store it in a dry, well ventilated place away
from humidity.
NOTE: Be aware of all elements that come in contact with the meat, since they may
enerate bacteria, bad odours and health problems. Do not place water within the
collector tube while the machine is connected. Remove all of the elements for
cleaning.
The grinder does not require special maintenance, but the following precautions should be
taken:
a- Do not leave the grinder running unsupervised; the engine overheating may reduce its
operating lifespan and/or generate irreparable damage.
b- Only use original spare parts; the use of parts supplied by other manufacturers may
permanently damage the machine.
c- If you do not use the grinder for long periods of time, we recommend applying a thin
layer of oil over the complete surface, even on the aluminium tray.
