Device-specific additional instructions for nailer
4
Filling the magazine
Ensure that nailer and fasteners are compatible (Chap. 1) with
•
each other.
Check fasteners for proper condition.
•
Pull pusher 1 backwards and engage. Insert staple rod into the
•
magazine from above and push forward. Disengage the
pusher and push it forward.

Adjusting drive-in depth
Reduce pneumatic operating pressure as far as possible to
•
minimize blowback, noise and air consumption (see General
operating instructions).
Mechanical adjustment of drive-in depth:
Disconnect the tool from the compressed air supply. Loosen
•
screw 1 on the release bracket and push release shoe 2
downwards for less recessed clamps or upwards for more
recessed clamps. Then tighten screw 1 firmly again and
connect the tool with compressed air.
6
Removing stuck fasteners from the driving channel
Disconnect the tool from the compressed air supply.
•
Remove the staples from the device. Actuate the locking
lever 1 and open the head piece flap 2. Remove jammed
staples. Close the head piece flap 1 again, connect the tool
to the pressure supply and refill the magazine with staples.
