The appliance shall be used for its intended pur-
pose; this appliance has functions and operating
modes as shown on the figures. When you first
start the appliance, icons appear on the control
panel. The pictograms will fade after 60 seconds
if no buttons were pressed and the door remained
closed.
The control panel has two functional areas sho-
wing the temperature inside the refrigerator and
the temperature inside the freezer compartment,
seven pictograms indicating the operating mode
and four control buttons.
Temperature control
For the first start, the recommended temperature
in the refrigerator is 4°C and –18°C in the freezer.
To change the temperature, follow the instructions
below. Warning! The set temperature is an ave-
rage temperature within the refrigerator compart-
ment. Temperatures in the compartments may
differ from the values on the display, depending on
the quantity of stored products and their storage
location. Ambient temperature may also impact the
actual temperature in the appliance

flashes. To set the desired temperature of –25°C
to –15°C press the , button to increase the tem-
perature or , to decrease it. The display will show

10 seconds. When a function is activated you will
hear two beeps and the relevant pictogram will be
shown on the display.
4. Super Cool
The Super Cool function enables rapid cooling of
food products so they stay fresh longer.

5. Supper Freeze
With the Super Freeze function you can rapidly
reduce temperature in the freezer, so that food-
stuffs retain vitamins and nutrients and will remain

• Freezing the maximum quantity of food takes
approximately 24 hours.
• The Super Freeze function is automatically
disabled after 32 hours, and the temperature set
on the freezer is –25°C.

6. Holiday
When you go away for an extended time, use the
Holiday function.
• To activate the Holiday function press function

Note: Before holiday function activation, remo-
ve all perishable products from the refrigerator
compartment and leave the door closed. Do not
remove the products from the freezer compart-
ment. This function only works for the refrigerator
compartment and has no impact on the frozen
products.
