Fitting/Removing the Heating Plate
1. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply and
allow to cool.
WARNING: Failure to allow the appliance
to cool could result in burns!
2. Remove the inner bowl.
3. Lift the lid/outer pan section from the frame and place
gently on its side.
4. Unscrew the four nuts securing the heating plate to
the underside of the appliance and remove the heating
plate.
5. Fitting is a reversal of the above procedure.
Troubleshooting
A qualified technician must carry out repairs if required.

Solution
Check unit plugged in correctly and
switched on
Replace Plug or lead
Replace the fuse
Check mains power supply
Disconnect from power supply. Allow
heating plate to cool and tighten nuts
Fill outer pan with HOT water no higher
than MAX level
Close lid
