Description of the TV 903 Pumping System
The TV 903 Pumping System is composed by a pump with an envelope with
fins and a shroud with two fans and a dedicated integrated controller (969-
6500).
The pump is equipped with a custom ISO 160 F high vacuum flange.
The following pictures show the pump and the controller.
