2. Button function

START key: Press this button to start the treadmill from standby mode, with a default speed of
1.0 km/h.

STOP key: When in motion, press this button to decelerate the treadmill to a stop and enter
the data summary interface. If there is no action for 2 minutes, it will return to standby mode.
In mode setting state, press the STOP button to exit setting mode and return to the standby
interface.

SPEED +/-: In setting mode, you can adjust the value. After startup, short press to adjust
speed by 0.1 km/h increments, long press to change by 0.5 km/h every 0.5 seconds.

INCLINE +/-: In setting mode, you can adjust the value. After startup, adjust the incline in the
range of 1 segment at a time.

PROGRAMS KEY: In standby mode, use this key to switch between programs. Includes 12
fixed programs (P01~P12), each with 30 segments.

MODE key: In standby mode, switch between 3 countdown modes: time countdown (default
30 minutes, range 1:00~99:00), distance countdown default 1.0KM (setting range 1.0~99.0),
and calorie countdown (default 50 calories, range 10~990).

USER: In standby mode, press this key to enter user-defined mode (U1, U2).

HRC: Select HRC mode button.

INCLINE QUICK KEY: 2, 5, 8, 10, 12.

SPEED QUICK KEY: 2, 4, 8, 12, 14.

HANDLEBAR KEY: Adjust incline on one side and speed on the other.
3. Programs
3.1 Sport mode: Press the START button to initiate a quick start. The display will show "3 2 1", and
the treadmill timer will begin counting (from 0:00 to 99:59, resetting after reaching 99:59). The
default speed is set to 1.0 KM/H. Use the speed adjustment buttons to increase or decrease the
speed. Press the STOP button to halt the treadmill.
3.2 U1-U2: In standby mode, press the USER button to enter user mode. Use the USER button to
select either USER1 or USER2. The default exercise time is 30 minutes (can be adjusted from
1:00 to 99:00 minutes). Press the MODE button to adjust the speed and incline for each segment.
After setting, press START to begin or STOP to exit.
3.3 Countdown mode: From standby mode, press the MODE key to select countdown mode options:
time countdown (default 30:00, adjustable from 1:00 to 99:00 minutes), distance countdown
(default 10 KM, adjustable from 1.0 to 99.0 KM), or calorie countdown (default 50, adjustable from
10 to 990 kcal). Use the speed adjustment buttons to set the desired values. Press START to
commence the countdown, and the treadmill will automatically stop at zero.
3.4 Programs (P01~P12): Press the PROGRAMS key to choose from programs P01 to P12. Adjust
the time using the speed adjustment buttons (time range 1:00 to 99:00, default 30:00). Press
START to activate the selected program. The treadmill will follow the predefined speed settings,
adjusting speed every 60 seconds per segment. Speed can be manually adjusted using the speed
buttons, with default program values restored after completing each program.
3.5 HRC: Press the HRC button in standby mode to enter Heart Rate Control (HRC) setup. Choose
between HRC1, HRC2, or HRC3 modes. Use the MODE button to switch settings between TIME,
AGE (range: 15 to 80), and target heart rate (range: 80 to 180).
3.6 Sleep mode: If no buttons are pressed within 10 minutes in standby mode, the treadmill will enter
