Press the button fully to activate machine starting.

Press the button fully to activate machine stop.
3) OVERCURRENT CIRCUIT BREAKER:
It intervenes when there is overcurrent, interrupting the machine supply. Its intervention is indicated by the expulsion of the manual
reset. In case of intervention of the circuit breaker, wait a few minutes and reset it by pressing its central pin.
4) DEVICE FOR DISCONNECTION FROM THE MAINS (PLUG):
Machine power supply point. During the maintenance phases, take out the device plug in order to disconnect the machine from the mains.
CUTTING ON THE TABLE
BEFORE PERFORMING THE CUTTING OPERATIONS, MAKE SURE THAT THE MATERIAL IS PROPERLY LEANED
AGAINST THE TILE STOPPER.
BEFORE STARTING THE CUTTING OPERATIONS, THE OPERATOR MUST MAKE SURE THAT AT LEAST 150 cm ARE
LEFT FREE AROUND THE MACHINE (Pos. 2 Picture 18).
IN ORDER TO WORK IN SAFETY CONDITIONS, DO NOT LET OTHER PEOPLE REMAIN NEAR THE MACHINE DURING
THE CUTTING OPERATIONS. THE OPERATOR STANDS IN THE WORKING POSITION (Pos. 1 Picture 18) DURING
THE DIFFERENT MACHINE OPERATION PHASES.

By means of the locking lever, secure the motor head
• Arrange the piece to be cut on the working table at the desired measurement.

CUTTING ON THE TABLE IN 2 PASSAGES MAX. H 125 mm
By adjusting the position of the cutting head using the locking lever, it is possible to cut materials of a height of up to 125 mm in 2 passages.

Put the motor head in position as indicated in the picture in order to take advantage of maximum cutting capacity.
• By means of the cutting square, arrange the piece to be cut on the working table at the desired measurement.

• Start the machine and carry out the first cut.

• Turn over the piece 180°, and repeat the cut.

In order to carry out any diagonal cutting, lean the piece against the square and go on with the cutting operation.
CUTTING A SURFACE AT 45°
Before positioning the motor head, make sure that:
• the cutting tool is not moving; • the sliding carriage is blocked

For cutting materials at 45°, use the jolly cut accessory.
EGO PLUS
To perform 45 ° cuts, bring the motor head to the jolly position:
• Using the 30 mm wrench supplied, loosen the motor head support screw.

• Tilt the cutting head and tighten the support screw again.
• Use the adjustable lever to fix the motor head.
• Place the piece to be cut on the sliding working table and proceed with the cut.
THE JOLLY CUT ON CERAMIC OR ENAMELLED MATERIAL MUST BE MADE WITH THE TILE UPSIDE DOWN.
