General usage:
1. Insert the plug into the socket (often found at the rear legs of the device), the display
will now be activated.
2. In the main menu, the first program will start to flash: MANUAL. By means of the UP
and DOWN keys you can switch between the different programs, namely MANUAL,
BEGINNER (beginner), ADVANCE (experienced), SPORTY (intensive), CARDIO
(H.R.C.) and WATT.
