NOTE
Dishwasher can cause damage!
Attachments are not dishwasher-safe. Only clean the at-
tachments using lukewarm water and washing-up liquid.

Remove the attachment from the drive unit before
cleaning.
•
Disassemble the universal mincer attachment and clean
it with lukewarm water and washing-up liquid.
•
Clean the blade and perforated disc separately and al-
low to dry thoroughly.
•
Rub a little cooking oil or fat onto the blade and per-
forated disc.
