MAXIMUM POWER MANAGEMENT
MAXIMUM POWER MANAGEMENT
There are two options for depowering the product:
Option 1 'High range' (high maximum power)
The maximum hob power limit (7200 W) can be reduced to 2800 W, 3500 W, or 6000 W.
To change the maximum power limit (only within 30 seconds of connection):
• Connect the appliance to the power supply.
• With the key lock deactivated and all cooking zones switched off, press the power button of the
front left cooking zone and the power button of the front right cooking zone simultaneously.
• An acoustic signal (beep) sounds and the current maximum power limit set can be read on the
display of the rear cooking zones (e.g. rear left cooking zone = "7" and rear right cooking zone =
"2" : maximum power set = 7200 W).
• Press the + or - buttons to select a new maximum power limit. Then, to set the new maximum
power limit (shown on the displays of the rear cooking zones), simultaneously press the power
button of the left front cooking zone and the power button of the right front cooking zone. If this
does not happen within 60 seconds, the system is automatically reset and the new power limit will
not be set.
Option 2 'Low range' (maximum low power)
Caution: If one or more zones are used, cooking times can be extended due to the power manage-
ment system coming into operation (see section "POWER MANAGEMENT WHEN USING THE HOB").
The maximum power limit of the hob (7200 W) can be reduced to 1000 W, 1600 W, 2200 W or 2800
W.
To change the maximum power limit (only within 30 seconds of connection):
• Connect the appliance to the power supply.
