• Use 4 x AA (1.5V alkaline) batteries only. Do not
use rechargeable batteries.
• Always remove the batteries if the Vacuum Pump
will not be used for six (6) months or longer.
• Batteries can contain flammable substances,
and if handled improperly may leak, heat up,
ignite or explode.
• The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
• Do not dismantle, open or shred secondary cells
or batteries.
• Do not put batteries in or near fire, the batteries
can explode in a fire.
• Exhausted batteries are to be removed
immediately from the appliance and safely
disposed of.
• Do not incinerate this appliance even if it is
severely damaged.
