Trouble shooting guide
Symptom
Jack can not be
pumped
properly.
Jack can not be
released down at
the top position
Jack can not be
pumped up to its
rated max. height.
The oil has leaked,
around
plunger.
Possible cause
The release valve
up
is not closed.
The release valve
is
not
opened
enough.
Oil is not enough.
Seals
are
worn
the
out.
Alignments
1.Screw in the unloaded handle (16) tightly in
clockwise direction.
2.Loose the screw (37) to release the air from
the pump, then screw in it tightly.
Screw out the unload handle (16) in counter -
clockwise direction
Screw out the screw (10), and add enough
hydraulic oil.
Replace worn seals with new ones (8) and (9)
(in the spare parts bag).
