Make sure that the Power Adapter is connected to the
Camera Unit.

Confi rm that the Camera Unit is turned ON (Power LED
indicator shows green light).

Try pairing to another CAM channel.
•
Optical lens dirty. Smudges and dust on the optical lens
can diminish sharpness and reduce video quality. Remove
smudges and dust on the lens by using a micro-fi ber cloth
or a piece of lens tissue to wipe the lens surface in a
circular motion.
