The machine has been built according to the state of
the art and the recognised technical safety require-
ments. However, individual residual risks can arise
during operation.
• The use of incorrect or damaged mains cables can
lead to injuries caused by electricity.
• Release the handle button and switch off the ma-
chine prior to any operations.
• Even if you use this electric power tool in accordance to
instructions, certain residual risks cannot be eliminated.
• Remaining hazards can be minimized by following
the instructions in „Safety instructions", „Intended
Use" and in the entire operating manual.
• Avoid accidental starts: do not press the start but-
ton while inserting the plug into the socket.
• Use the tool that is recommended in this manual. In
doing so, your machine provides optimal performance.
• Hands may never enter the processing zone when
the machine is in operation.

Note: The specified sound levels have been deter-
mined using a standardised test procedure and can
be used to compare different electronic devices. Fur-
thermore, these values can be used to assess in ad-
vance the strain on the user caused by the sound.
7. Before starting the equipment
m IMPORTANT!
You must fully assemble the appliance before
using it for the first time!
• Open the packaging and remove the device care-
fully.
• Remove the packaging material as well as the
packaging and transport bracing (if available).
• Check that the delivery is complete.
• Check the device and accessory parts for transport
damage
• Check the device and accessory parts for trans-
port damage. When complaints the dealer must be
informed immediately. Subsequent complaints will
not be accepted
• If possible, store the packaging until the warranty
period has expired
• Read the operating instructions to make yourself
familiar with the device prior to using it.
• Only use original parts for accessories as well as
for wearing and spare parts. Spare parts are avail-
able from your specialized dealer.
• Specify our part numbers as well as the type and
year of construction of the device in your orders.
• Before you connect the equipment to the power
supply make sure the data on the rating plate are
identical to the mains data.

Children must not be allowed to play with plas-
tic bags, film and small parts! There is a risk of
swallowing and suffocation!
8. Montage
m WARNING!
Always pull the power plug before making adjust-
ments to the equipment.
1. Assembling the machine stand (Fig. E/F)
• Place the washer (14) on the axle (13) and insert it
into the holes of the support feet (3).
• Place the sleeve (15) and the wheel (4) on the axle
(13).
• Place the lock nut (16) on the thread and tighten it
with the supplied wrench (a).
• After tightening the lock nut (16), mount the wheel
cap (5) onto the wheel (4). The position is indicated
by the grooves (17).
