8. Inserting/changing the battery
• Turn the battery compartment cap counter clockwise. Use a coin, for example, as an aid.
• Insert one CR2032 button cell with correct polarity. The positive (+) terminal must point outwards.
• Close the battery compartment.
The button cell only serves as an emergency power supply, so that the settings are retained in case of
a power failure.
If you replace the button cell, the AC adapter must be connected, otherwise all settings will be lost.
We advise you to replace the button cell once a year.
