12. Operation
a) Switching On/Off
• When the speakers are connected to the mains, the speakers are in standby mode and the operating display (7)
is lit red.
• Push the
(6) button at the speakers or the
operating display (7) is lit green.
• Push the
(6) button at the speakers or the
again. The operating display (7) lights up red again.
If no input signal is recognised for 15 minutes, the soundbar will switch off automatically.
To switch off the soundbar completely, the mains plug (for the TB378WW 2.1 soundbar model also the
mains plug of the subwoofer) must be pulled.
b) Select audio inputs
• Repeatedly push the SOURCE (5) button at the soundbar to select the desired audio input.
The operating display (7) lights up in different colours to identify the chosen input:
AUX > green
OPTICAL > orange (permanent)
COAXIAL > orange (flashing)
BT (Bluetooth
) > blue

• You can also directly select the audio inputs with the AUX/BT/OPT-COA (19) buttons at the remote control.
To switch between the digital inputs OPTICAL and COAX, push the OPT-COA (19) button at the remote
control repeatedly.
When a digital input (OPTICAL or COAX) is selected, the audio output at the connected playback device
must be set to PCM.
c) Setting the Volume
• Push the VOL+/VOL- (8) buttons at the soundbar or the VOL+/VOL- (18) buttons at the remote control to set the
volume.
VOL+ increases the volume.
VOL- reduces the volume.
• To mute the soundbar, push the MUTE (20) button at the remote control.
• To deactivate muting again, push the MUTE (20) button again or push the VOL+/VOL- (8) buttons at the soundbar
or the VOL+/VOL- (18) buttons at the remote control.
