8. Installation
• First remove the attachment screw of the outdoor unit.
Then swivel the lower part slightly upwards so that the outdoor unit
can be taken from the wall holder.
• The wall holder is intended for concealed installation.
Depending on the underground, a suitable tool must be used to
create a cut-out in the wall (approx. 95 x 180mm, see figure at the
lower right).
• Place all cables before the wall holder is fastened (e.g. when it is
immured).
A total of five cables must be placed between the
indoor unit and the outdoor unit (e.g. 5-core phone
cable).
If you want to use the function of the "A" (6) button on
the indoor unit, e.g. to control a stair light or similar,
another two cables may be required.
• For cable connection, please observe chapter 9.
We recommend that you place at least an 8-core phone cable between the
indoor unit and the external unit, in which every core has a different colour, to
facilitate later connection.
If you want to use cables that are already present, observe that they must not
be connected to any other systems that may be present!
The indoor and outdoor units must be connected directly!
The cables should not be immured directly – use empty conduits of sufficient
size. This makes it relatively easy to perform later expansions.
