Turn Off
Take note: always close the gas cylinder first. Then ignite the FireSales Vesta once again with the
ON/OFF button to make sure all the extra gas is released from the hose.
Allow the FireSales Vesta to cool down at least 20 minutes and disconnect the connections. You
can pull back the connection of the gas hose and then unclick it; you unscrew the connection of the
remote control.
Store the FireSales Vesta in the box, preferably connected to the charger. By connecting the FireSales
Vesta to the charger when not in use, you extend the life expectancy of the battery considerably.

Malfunctions
Problem
No flame.
No ignition.
Impossible to get a
large flame.
The flames shrink with
(intensive) use.

Possible Cause
Too windy.
The valve is closed.
The gas hose is not connected.
The gas hose is damaged/folded.
The gas tap is closed.
The gas cylinder is empty.
The pressure is too high.
The battery is flat.
The cable is not connected.
The cable is damaged/bent.
The plug is not properly tightened.
The remote control is damaged.
The ignition unit is defective.
The gas supply is almost finished.
The regulator is frozen.
The valve is not properly open.
The outdoor temperature is too
low.
Butane is used at low
temperatures.
The hose is damaged/folded.
The regulator is frozen by the
cooling through evaporation.
Solutions
Try again in another location.
Open the valve.
Connect the gas hose correctly.
Check the gas hose and position it
correctly, or contact FireWare if
the hose is damaged.
Open the gas tap.
Exchange the gas cylinder with a
full bottle.
Turn the regulator further shut.
Charge the battery.
Connect the cable correctly.
Check the cable and position it
correctly, or contact FireWare if
the cable is damaged.
Tighten the plug properly.
Contact FireWare.
Contact FireWare.
Check the supply and replace the
cylinder if necessary.
Wait a moment and try again.
Open the valve.
Connect an extra bottle.
Use propane.
Check the gas hose and position it
correctly, or contact FireWare if the
hose is damaged.
Wait until the regulator is defrosted,
do not use an open flame for this!
