Tortu geeft op al haar inbouwdelen een garantie van 10 jaar vanaf de ankoopdatum.
Op alle afbouwdelen in het chroom en PVD kleuren geldt een garantie van 5
jaar na aankoopdatum. De garantie dekt technische storingen veroorzaakt door
fabrieksfouten. Eventuele kleurverschillen in andere afwerkingen dan chroom
worden niet beschouwd als gebreken, maar als unieke kenmerken van het product.

Tortu grants warranty of 10 years on the built-in parts from the date of purchase.
All external parts have a warranty of 5 years from the date of purchase.
Warranty covers technical malfunctions caused by manufacturing defects. Any color
differences in finishes other than chrome are not considered defects, but unique
characteristics of the product.
