Instruction for use
COLD FRAME
Introduction
We congratulate you on the purchase of your new product. You have chosen
a high quality product. Familiarise yourself with the product before using it for
the first time. In addition, please carefully refer to the operating instructions
and the safety advice below. Only use the product as instructed and only for
the indicated field of application. Keep these instructions in a safe place. If
you pass the product on to anyone else, please ensure that you also pass on
all the documentation with it.
Intended Use
This item is intended for the cultivation of seedlings. Any other use than what
is described above or a modification of the product is not permitted and can
lead to injuries and/or damage the product. The manufacturer assumes no
liability for damages resulting from improper use or caused by assembly. The
product is not intended for commercial use.
Note: When unpacking, make sure that you do not accidentally throw
away any assembly material. Check the scope of delivery for completeness
and the product and all components for faults. Never assemble the product
if the scope of delivery is incomplete. Please note that minor scratches or
grinding marks on the individual components cannot be completely ruled
out due to the manufacturing process and do not constitute a cause for
complaint.

DOCUMENTS.
WARNING!
ACCIDENTS FOR INFANTS AND CHILDREN! Never
leave children unattended with the packaging material and
the product. There is a risk of suffocation from the packaging material.
Children often underestimate the dangers. Keep children away from the
product. The product is not a toy.
CAUTION! Make sure that all parts are undamaged and properly
assembled. Improper assembly can cause a risk of injury. Damaged
parts can affect safety and functionality. Please note that in case of
strong winds the lid could fall on your fingers or the cold frame could be
torn away, which could result in personal injury and material damage.
DANGER TO LIFE AND RISK OF
It is therefore recommended to:
Set up the cold frame sheltered from the wind.
Close the lid and fix it on both sides with the holding mechanism
provided in case of strong winds and storms, so that the lid can no
longer open.
Open the lid only when there is no wind and fix it on both sides using the
holding mechanism.
Additional protection may be required in windy areas.
Always keep the lid free from snow.
Do not place any objects on the lid.
Do not sit, stand, etc. on the product.
Assembly
Follow the steps shown in Figures 1 to 6 for assembly.
Please make sure to assemble the garden cold frame as carefully as
possible in order to avoid possible damage.
Use the ground spikes to fix the garden cold frame in the holes provided.
The ground spikes should be attached as sloping as possible.
Assemble the components with the green, round sticker so that it faces
outwards.
Cleaning and Care
Never use corrosive or abrasive detergents.
Clean the cold frame with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid excessive friction
and pressure.
Storage
Keep the garden cold frame completely dry.
Store it in a dry place sheltered from the wind.
If possible, keep it out of the reach of children.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may
dispose of at local recycling facilities.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to
dispose of your worn-out product.
