4 Operation
1. Solvent adding
Open the cabinet cover, add solvent through the web. Minimum 8 liter, maximum 14 liter. Observe the water level
indicator.
2. Compressed air connect
Connect the air compressor φ8 hose with the quick fitting at the bottom of the cabinet. Adjust appropriate air pressure
based on the parts type you are washing.
3. LED light and ventilated fan
Plug the parts washer into an electric power supply, turn on the power supply On/Off switch for LED light and ventilated
fan electric supply.
4. Solvent temperature setting
Set the digital temperature controller for solvent heating. Details in temperature control instructions.
5. Cleaning
Put the parts into the machine and close the door, using the cleaning gun to wash and air drying.
6. Finishing
Make sure to turn off the heating On/Off switch, also the power supply On/Off switch after finished.
4.1 Instructions for electronic control panel
In the manual, "+" and "-" are represent up and down arrow on the control panel, also are up and down buttons.
1. Restore factory defaults
Press on SET until to power, you free hand when you hear the sound of "di".
2. Heating and cooling mode selection
Press on SET showing [F-1]. Again press on SET into [F-1] process and showing [HH], then press on "+" "-" to change the
mode. [HH] represents heating, [CC] represents cooling. When everything is ok, press on ENTER.
3. Adjust number
Press on SET to show [F-1]. Continue press on "+" to show [F-2], then press on SET into [F-2] to show a number. This
number means the difference between the starting temperature and the stop temperature, then press on "+" to adjust the
number. When everything is ok, press on ENTER.
4. Set the temperature
In the display of the current temperature, press on "+" "-" to set the temperature. When everything is of, press on ENTER.
5. Correction in temperature
Press on SET to show [F-1]. Press on "+" into [F-3] process, then press on SET to adjust the number. If the temperature
is over the actual temperature 0.2 °C, you can correct the temperature -0.2. If the temperature is less than the actual
temperature 0.2 °C, you can correct the temperature +0.2 °C. When everything is of, press on ENTER.
6. Delay start
Press on SET to show [F-1]. Press on "+" into [F-4] process, then press on SET into the delay start time if you want to control
the cooling. To maintain a certain time, in order to protect the machine, you can adjust the time in 3 min. When everything
is of, press on ENTER.
7. High temperature alarm
Press on SET to show [F-1]. Press on "+" into [F-5] process, then press on SET into the high temperature alarm process. Set
range 0.0 - 0.2 °C. High temperature alarm = setting temperature + high temperature number. The temperature too high
will be alarmed. If your alarm temperature is 50 °C, the setting temperature is 40 °C, then the high temperature alarm
number must be adjusted on 10 °C. If the setting temperature is 50 °C, then the high temperature alarm number must be
adjusted on 0 °C. Set the alarm number, but also the high temperature alarm switch can be opened. High temperature
alarm condition = setting temperature + high temperature number + high temperature alarm switch opened. When
everything is ok, press on ENTER.
8. High temperature alarm switch
Press on SET to show [F-1]. Press on "+" into [F-6] process, then press on SET into the switch setting On/Off. ON is open,
OFF is closed. If the high temperature alarm switch in closed, the high temperature alarm will not work. So don't forget to
set the alarm switch on ON. When everything is of, press on ENTER.
9. Data lock
Press on SET to show [F-1]. Press on "+" into [F-7] process, then press on SET into the data lock switch setting On/Off.
ON is open, OFF is closed. If you want to modify the data, you can go into [F-7] setting, the data lock is off, then you can
recover the other data. When everything is of, press on ENTER.
