TROUBLESHOOTING
If you find out the ice machine is not working properly, please carry out inspection and repair
according to the below table. If problems continue, please contact our maintenance department
or local maintenance sites. Please do not remove any parts of the machine when you are not
qualified with the malfunctions.

REMARKS
Š If the ice machine stops working for unknown reasons, please wait for 2 to 3 minutes to re-
connect the machine again.
Š Please place your machine in the air vent position, and always disconnect the power while
not working with the appliance.
Š If the ice machine is showing any malfunction, please take actions as described in the above
repair and caution table. Otherwise contact a qualified technician.
Š If there's something wrong with the compressor or other main parts, please do not remove
and never try to repair the appliance yourself. We are not responsible for any damages
caused by the wrong operation towards the machine.
Š After usage always close the defrosting pedal to prevent any damages to it.
