Using the kitchen mixer

Fill the bowl

EN
It is recommended to attach the required hook before filling the bowl.
Placing the Wartmann
kitchen mixer in the resting position will make
®
it easier to fill the bowl. After the bowl is filled the motor cover can
be lowered to bring the Wartmann
kitchen mixer back into the
®
usage position.
Do not overfill the bowl. As a rule of thumb the bowl should not be
filled for more than three quarters. Always use the dough hook for
sturdy bread doughs and do not make more than one bread
(800 grams) at a time.

Setting the timer

You may optionally set a timer. Press the Plus key to extend the
required duration, press the Minus key to shorten the required
duration. The duration is adjusted in steps of 30 seconds;
the maximum duration that can be set is 30 minutes.
If no required duration is set, then the clock will show the actual time
that the kitchen mixer in use.
