Installing the on-site
reinforcement and SET-B
components in the formwork.
Remove the attached nuts from
the tension bars. Push the
tension bars through the
formwork as far as they will go
and secure them with the nuts.
Tension bars must be
perpendicular (90° angle) to the
formwork.
On-site reinforcement
in accordance with the
structural engineer's
specifications.

Pouring the concrete.
Attention! If the balcony is poured
upside-down, the HIT-PI
components delivered to the
precast plant should be fixed
according to the poured situation.
When pouring the
concrete check that it is
poured evenly and
properly compacted.
The HIT-components
must be securely fixed.

Preparing for transport.
Remove the reusable recess
formers before transport.
Screw the HIT-PI Box, nuts and
counterplates which may be
packed separately, but are part
of the system, back onto the
tension bars from outside.

De wapening op locatie en
componenten van SET-B in de
bekisting installeren.
Verwijder de moeren van de
trekstaven. Duw de trekstaven
zo ver als ze kunnen door de
bekisting en zet ze vast met de
moeren. De trekstaven moeten
loodrecht (in een hoek van 90°)
op de bekisting staan.
Wapening op locatie
overeenkomstig de
opgave van de
bouwkundig ingenieur.

Het beton storten.
Let op! Als het balkon
ondersteboven wordt gestort,
moeten de HIT-PI elementen die
aan de prefab fabriek worden
geleverd, overeenkomstig de
stortsituatie worden bevestigd.
Wanneer het beton
wordt gestort, moet er
gecontroleerd worden
of er gelijkmatig wordt
gestort en juist wordt
verdicht.
De HIT-elementen
moeten stevig worden
bevestigd.

Transport voorbereiden
Verwijder de herbruikbare uit-
sparingsvormen vóór transport.
Schroef de HIT-PI box, moeren
en vulplaten, die mogelijk los
verpakt zijn, maar onderdeel zijn
van het systeem, van buitenaf
terug op de trekstaven.
