Problem

Solution
Ensure that the barrel end of the power adapter is firmly plugged
into the device's power port.
Check whether the power outlet is functioning properly. If the outlet is
connected to a wall switch, make sure the switch is set to ON.
Use the supplied power adapter to charge the eMag 70 HD.
Connecting the device to a USB port will not provide sufficient power to
charge the battery.
Make sure the barrel end of the power adapter is firmly plugged into the
