Draining for suspended installations
The hot water heater must be supplied with a drain
valve.
Drain as follows:
1. Close the shut-off valve on the cold water inlet.
2. Open the drain valve.
3. Air must be let in to make draining possible.
Drain according to the siphon principle for standing
installations.
