Safety
1. Read carefully before usage.
2. The Reactor 80 & 120 are only suitable for indoor use.
3. Ensure voltage shown on the label match to the mains supply voltage.
4. Ensure that water cannot reach the socket.
5. Never let the pump run dry, damaged caused by dry running
is not covered under warranty!
6. Disconnect reactor from mains before any maintenance on your aquarium.
7. If damaged the supply cord cannot be replaced, the whole pump needs to
be replaced.
8. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Special care should be taken
with the use of electrical equipment by or near children.
Installation
1. Open the 5 nylon screws(2) on the top of the media chamber and remove lid.
2. Fill media chamber with filter media of your choice.
3. Check if the rubber seal ring is correct in place.
4. Put the cover back, make sure the seal ring remains in the correct position and
close the lid using the nylon screws(2).
5. Place unit in your Sump Tank.
6. Turn the pump on and check for any leakage
Maintenance
1. Check daily if your Reactor is functioning properly.
2. Pending on the kind of filter media your are using, the size of your aquarium and
the water quality you need to replace it from time to time, read the instruction on
the media package for advice.
3. Check and clean pump regularly to ensure it does not become clogged, dirty
pumps may break down, not maintained pumps are not covered by warranty.
