De hoogte van de staanders kan per 5 cm versteld worden.
Wanneer 1 gat zichtbaar staat het ringstel op F.I.G. hoogte.
The height of the uprights can be altered per 5 cm.
When 1 hole is visible, F.I.G. height is set.

Draai wartel rechtsom t.o.v. de "L" op de wartel om te spannen.
Turn screw shackle clockwise with respect to the "L" on the shackle,
to put tension on the cable.
