OPERATING THE APPLIANCE
Switching the appliance on/off
1. Touch the on/off key for 3 seconds.

The appliance switches off (stand-by).
▷
The display shows 'OF'.
Follow the same steps to switch on the appliance.
Disconnect from the power mains; the appliance is off.
Setting the temperature
1. Touch the zone key to select the refrigerator or the freezer.

The pictogram of the selected zone flashes.
2. Touch (several times) the temperature key to set the temperature.
The temperature of the refrigerator will be set in the following order:

The temperature of the freezer will be set in the following order:

-19°C

-16°C

After you have switched on the appliance it will take several hours for the temperature to
decrease to the set temperature. Do not put food into the appliance until the temperature
has decreased to the set temperature.
Intensive freezing
This appliance has an intensive freezing function. This function decreases the temperature in
the freezer compartment as quickly as possible. Activate this function 24 hours before you put a
large quantity of fresh food in the appliance.
Activating/disabling the intensive freezing function
1. Touch the FastFreeze key.
The key and temperature -24 °C are illuminated.
