Monteer het hoofdframe (1) op het draagframe (2) met behulp van bouten (10), ringen (13) en
borgmoeren (14) zoals weergegeven in de illustratie. Als u de situp-bench wilt opbergen, druk
dan op pin (15) en vouw de bank op alvorens deze op te bergen.
Connect the main frame (1) with supporting frame (2) using allen bolt (10), washer (13) and
nylon nut (14) as shown. If you do not want to use the machine, you can push the pin (15) and
fold it, and then put it in any suitable place.
Installer le châssis principal (1) sur le châssis de support (2) au moyen de boulons (10), des
anneaux (13) et des écrous de blocage (14) comme indiqué dans l'illustration. Pour stocker le
situp-banc, pressez la goupille (15) et plier la banque avant de les stocker.
