STORAGE
The pusher clips under the chassis for easy storage.
Put both slits on the pusher on both locking notches located under the chassis.
It clips with a turn anticlockwise
BE CAREFUL to avoid cutting oneself : when the KOBRA 19.3°V
slicer is stored or when not used, always adjust the thickness to
the minimum: turn towards '
blade (no space between the upper plate and the blade).
CLEANING

The KOBRA 19.3°V is dishwasher safe.

For detailed cleaning the pusher can be taken apart. There is a cap at its
very top, which releases the shaft separating the ergonomic top from the lower
interior plate. In order to release the cap it must be loosened with a turn
clockwise. The stainless steel needles cannot be removed. After cleaning, reverse
the operation to reassemble all pusher parts.

La KOBRA 19.3°V de Buyer is a vegetable/fruit slicer designed to grant you
most security when you make your cuts. However it requires the use of sharp
blades which must be cautiously manipulated. Please respect the following
advices :

Respect the storage advice above.

The pusher protects fingers from the sharp blades and it must be used
when cutting.
•
The KOBRA 19.3°V must be manipulated by its handle.
•
Never make any adjustment by direct hand contact with the sharp edge
•
Keep out of the reach of children.
