Om de hoogte te verstellen, eerst de knop losdraaien, daarna de knop uittrekken. Wanneer
de rekstok op de juiste hoogte hangt, de knop weer indrukken en vastdraaien.
Tussen 75-250 cm kan de hoogte per 10 cm versteld worden, tussen 250-300 cm kan de hoogte
per 5 cm versteld worden.
In order to adjust the height, turn the star grip counter clockwise and pull out. When the bar
is at the correct height, push back the star grip and turn it clockwise.
From 75-250 cm the height can be altered with 10cm increments, from 250-300 cm the
height can be altered with 5 cm increments.
