Instructions
Use the app "VeryFitPro" on iOS or on an Android phone to connect the Activity tracker.
1. DOWNLOAD THE APP "VERYFITPRO"
1e option: Search for "VeryFitPro app" from the Apple Store or the Android App store and download the app.
2e option: Scan the QR code on the right and download the "VeryFitPro" app.
2. ACTIVATE THE DEVICE
• The package contains a USB cable with which you can charge in a computer, phone charger, etc.
• Fully charge the digital unit at a USB port with the cord.
3. HOME BUTTON (FUNCTIONALITIES BUTTON)
• Click on the home button (the crown on the right side of the watch) for multiple options.
• It is also a touchscreen, picture 2 shows which options there are and how you can swipe to them.
4. OPEN THE "VERYFITPRO" APP TO CONNECT THE DEVICE TO THE MOBILE PHONE
• Make sure the Bluetooth is turned on on the phone. Then connect to the device by pressing the
option "connect" within the app under "device". You will now see a number of the tracker "ID205L" (do
this from the app and not within the bluetooth) and you press it so that it connects. He says "Confirm
connection" and press here. After this, it synchronizes with the app and you can get started within
the app.
5. HOW DOES THE ACTIVITY TRACKER WORK
• Wear the watch horizontally on your wrist, wear the activity tracker the same as a normal watch.
• To use the heart rate measurement, wear the tracker on the upper wrist position and a little tighter
than usual when exercising.
• The automatic heart rate monitor is turned on by default, unless you switch this switch to manual in
the app yourself.
• The battery lasts about 8 days.
• Leave the bluetooth on your mobile if possible, if this is not possible, turn on the bluetooth at a later
time and synchronize the data. You can synchronize via the app, first go to the "Main page" and
swipe from top to bottom on the screen within the app, you will see that it will sync. He indicates how
far he is by means of percentages.
Opportunities
ACTIVITY MEASUREMENT (ACTIVITY TRACKING)
• Swipe in the time screen from bottom to top for the pedometer. Here you can see the amount of steps, swipe further to view the distance,
swipe again to see the amount of calories. This is followed by a weekly report. All this can also be seen in the app on the start page
"movement".
HEART RATE MEASUREMENT
• Swipe left in the time screen and you will see the heart. Click on the heart to monitor your heart rate. The tracker also measures the heart
rate within the activities (see multisport mode).
• You can enter your heart rate settings within the app under device / heart rate detection, so that you can specifically train for fat burning or
peak load.
MULTISPORT MODE
• For the Multi-sport mode, click on Sport (swipe the screen to the left, you will see SPORT and press the icon and choose your activity).
Then click with your finger on the activity after 3 seconds the tracking starts. Swipe on the screen to view the next measurement value.
• One click on the home button (the crown on the right side of the tracker) to pause the time
• 3 seconds on the home button to end the movement. After this you will be asked if you want to save the data.
• There are several sports to monitor. You can standardize 8 via the app. Click on "device" and then on "More" to then click on "Activity view".
Here you see 8 standard sports. Click on the "+" in the top right corner to change a rung.
• Within the activity mode you can also switch the music control on or off and the next song within eg Spotify.
• Results per day can be seen in the app under Homepage and a weekly schedule can be seen in the app under details.
MINDFULNESS:
Click for the mindfulness mode on Relax (swipe across the screen to the left you will see RELAX and press the icon and choose
the duration of the activity). Then click with your finger on the play button after 3 seconds the mindfulness starts. Press the home
button (the crown on the right side of the tracker) to stop the activity.
MESSAGING / CALLING FUNCTION
• Via the app you can enable the device "SNS reminder" message notifications that you want to receive on your Activity tracker
(whatsapp, messenger etc). If the SNS reminder is on via the app, the message can be read via the Activity tracker. Swipe from
top to bottom in the time screen and there you will find the messages and you can also delete them here.
• Via the app you can enable calls at "call alarm" that you can see on your tracker, it cannot be recorded but it can be switched off. This is as
an aid that you have an incoming call, it is an alert.
• Click on the red button to cancel a call, this can only be done if the "call alarm" is enabled in the app.
ALARM / ALARM CLOCK FUNCTION
• Click on the Alarm function in the app to turn on the alarm (max. 10 alarms). You set the alarm times via the VeryFitPro app. There are
various alarm types that you can use: getting up, sleeping, moving, medication, appointment, party and meeting.
MUSIC CONTROLS
• If you have turned on the "music control" function in the app, you can control the music via your watch.
• Swipe left on the tracker and then from bottom to top, there you will see the button Music Music Controller. For example, if you have
connected Spotify, you can switch on and pause the music and choose the next song.
Optional functions
• Click on "device" and "motion reminder" via the app to enter the inactivity setting. With this, the tracker gives a message that you have to
move. You can also turn this off.
• Under the function "wrist movement" you can turn on the wrist movement, with this you turn on the tracker by moving your wrist and you
don't have to press the home button every time to activate.
• The app allows you to analyze all the details about your activities (sleeping hours, number of steps and other details). There is a week
and day screen for this. Plug in the bracelet while syncing data.
• The first screen, the time screen can be changed in different variants, swipe to the left and then down there is setting here you can see
different options under dial.
• Here you also see the option to dim or sharpen the light of the tracker.
• Via "user" in the app you can process your personal information, you can also indicate goals.
• The tracker also has a 24 hour display and a date display. It synchronizes the time and date with your phone.
• Sleep tracking in sleep mode, the bracelet will automatically enter sleep monitoring mode; automatically detects your sleep throughout
the night / light sleep / awake moments. For this you have to wear the tracker on your wrist. The data will be synchronized the day after
from 9 am.
• You can turn on the stopwatch on the tracker, swipe to the left and down, you will see a timer.
• You can keep the app up-to-date via firmware update, check if there are new updates.
• The strap is replaceable if you want to put another strap on it.
• If you swipe right within the time limit, you will get to a menu where you can enable Do Not Disturb and where you can find your phone
via the tracker by calling.
If you have any questions, you can view them in the app also. You then click on user and then on FAQ to view the most common questions
with answers.
Pay attention! This tracker is not a medical device and cannot be used for medical purposes. Almost all activity trackers or smartwatches that offer functions
such as heart rate and blood pressure measurement are there to give an indication and can show differences due to external factors such as moisture or
incorrect wearing. An activity tracker should definitely not be considered a medical device. We at West Watches strongly advise against this and are not
