Bijvoorbeeld: 000000,B14,8
Stel SMS bericht de tijd zone in naar Eastern eight zone (GMT+8).
Note:
1)
Tijd zone, bereik [-12, 12]. Zone in het westen met een minteken vooraan, eg: 000000,B14,-8
2)
De standaardtijdzone is 0, de gebruiker moet zijn corresponderende tijdzone instellen.
3)
Als de tijdzone is ingesteld, gebruiken alle sms-berichten een nieuwe tijdzone voor datum en tijd.
