Warranty
The warranty for your DRU stove will be provided by your supplier. If you have any
complaints you should always contact him.
Your supplier will contact DRU should he consider this to be necessary.
The factory warranty is valid for 7 years after the date of purchase, with the following
exceptions:
2 years moving parts (hinges, slides, door closing system, etc.)

6 months for combustibles, i.e. parts exposed directly to heat or flames, e.g.:

The warranty involves the free supply of replacement parts.
The warranty does not apply in the event of:
unsuitable fuel use
•
overheating of the appliance
•
non-adherence to installation instructions or legal requirements
•
use not according to user manual
•
lack of maintenance
•
tarnishing of glass due to thermal exposure
•
DRU 64GM -DRU 78GM
vitreous enamel
•
fire bricks, or wall or bottom of combustion chamber
•
baffle plate
•
glass
•
sealants
