5 Profiles
5.1 Supported Communication Stacks
IBox-DiW provides DICOM V3.0 TCP/IP Network Communication Support as defined in PS
3.8.
5.2 TCP/IP Stack
IBox-DiW communicates over the TCP/IP protocol stack on any physical interconnection
media supporting the TCP/IP stack. It inherits the TCP/IP stack from the Microsoft
Windows
host operating system upon which it executes.
5.2.1 Physical Media Support
IBox-DiW is indifferent to the physical medium over which TCP/IP executes; it inherits
this from the operating system on which it exists.
6 Extensions/specializations/privatizations
6.1 Standard extended/specialized/private SOPs
None supported.
6.2 Private Transfer Syntaxes
None supported.
7 Configuration
7.1 IBox-DiW Configuration
The IBox-DiW module is configured by the IBoxCfg application which is located on the
USB stick delivered with the IBox. The following parameters can be configured:

Application Entity (AE) of the SCP

IP address or host name of the SCP

Port number to be used when connecting to the SCP

Scheduled station AE (Dicom Tag (040,0001) of the C-FIND request)

Query date range (1...4 days)

Automatic worklist query every 15s, 30s, 1min, 5min, 10min

Automatic patient selection if worklist contains only one entry
7.1.1 Error logging
If there is a problem with the communication, the option "Enable Log File" should be
enabled in the IBoxCfg application. Communication log files will then be written to the
USB stick for support use.
8 Support of extended Character sets
Extended character sets are not supported.
