5. Replacing the rear light
For more complex problems, we advise you to consult
your dealer. If your rear light needs re-placement, consult
the following guidelines. This description can be used as a
supplement to your general Gazelle user manual.
•
If the rear light is damaged, it must be replaced in order
to prevent moisture getting into your battery (ill. 32).
•
Remove the screw of the rear light using a Phillips
screwdriver (ill. 33).
•
Hold the rear light with one hand and the battery with
the other. Pull the rear light to detach it from the battery
(ill. 34+35).
•
Press the new rear light in place. Make sure that all corners
and edges fit properly in place and that the rubber top flap
falls over the rear light (ill. 36).
•
Screw the rear light back firmly on the battery (ill. 37).
