Pressure regulator
EN
Regulate pressure fom 0.7 to 1.0 bar.
Some vehicles require 1.8 bar for rear brakes (see OEM prescriptions).
For ABS systems keep pressure below 1 bar to avoid emulsion in the ABS block.
All glycol-based brake fluids can be used (DOT 3 / DOT 4 / DOT 5.1).
Do not reuse old contaminated fluid.
Inspect all brake system components before performing BrakeServe™ service.
The BrakeServe™ has been thoroughly tested before shipping. This guarantee covers all manufacturing and
material defects for 1 year from the delivery date and only covers all parts and labour costs. Shipping costs
will be extra to the customer. This guarantee is not valid if the BrakeServe™ has been tampered with prior to

locally repaired following written consent by Wynn's Belgium. This consent will be given after examination
of the specific case by Wynn's Belgium. In case of complaint please also send a copy of the purchase invoice.

Possible remedy
Check power at pump (mounted on the back of
the top chassis) with test light, if no power, review
the wiring harness.
Test power at the relay, switch and connections.
Test toggle valves to determine which one is
leaking by submerging the bleeder couplers into a
container of brake fluid.
Leaking valves are observed if fluid is flowing
through the bleeder line when the valve is in
the off position. To replace, contact your Wynn's
technician.
Test hose connections at pump fittings for air
leaks and ensure proper engagement into the
fitting.
Turn switch to Service Mode
.
Check power at pump (mounted on the surface of
the bottom chassis) with test light, if no power,
review the wiring harness.
Test power at the relay, switch and connections.
Check power cable.
Check circuit breaker.
Check working float switch.
