Problem
The fuse in the fuse

Possible cause
Too many devices connected
to the same circuit.
No error can be identifi ed.
Has the dial (4) been turned
to the right or left?
Has the Start /Stop button (3)
been pressed?
There is too much water in
the water tank (2).
The glass jug (9) is not
positioned correctly on the
hotplate (8).
There is too much coffee
powder in the permanent
fi lter (13).
The fi lter insert (15) and / or
the permanent fi lter is not
inserted correctly.
The drip stop is blocked.
The device is furred up.
There is too much water in
the water tank.
There is not enough coffee in
the permanent fi lter or paper
fi lter.
Fix
Reduce the number of devic-
es in the circuit.
Contact our customer service
department.
Move the dial to the right for
hot water and to the left for
coffee.
Press the Start / Stop button
to start the brewing / heating
process.
Do not overfi ll the water tank
(see the "Handling and Op-
eration" chapter | "Filling the
Water Tank")!
The glass jug must be placed
under the coffee outlet (10) in
such a way that it is pushed
upwards. Otherwise the cof-
fee cannot run through.
Only pour in the quantity of
coffee required for the num-
ber of cups you want.
Correct the fi t.
Clean the fi lter insert with drip
stop.
Descale the device (see the
"Cleaning and Care" chapter |
"Descaling").
Only pour the quantity of wa-
ter required for the number of
cups you want into the water
tank (see the "Handling and
Operation" chapter | "Filling
the Water Tank").
Pour in the quantity of coffee
required for the number of
cups you want (see the "Use"
chapter).
