Notes:
• The description above applies only to cameras that do not allow
such settings themselves. With other cameras, the fl ash
exposure compensation must be set on the camera. Read the
camera's instructions for this.
In the latter case, fl ash exposure compensation settings on the
fl ash unit are ineff ective.
• It is not possible to alter the fl ash exposure by changing the lens
aperture since the camera's automatic exposure control treats
the changed aperture as a normal working aperture again.
• When setting a compensation value, the fl ash range changes
according to the following pattern:
Positive compensation value = lower range
Negative compensation value = higher range
