Test dishes
These tables have been produced for test institutes to facilitate
the inspection and testing of the various appliances.
Test dishes tested to standard EN 50304/EN 60350 (2009)
and IEC 60350.
Please note the information in the tables about preheating. The
table values do not include Rapid heat up.
Baking
Piped cookies
Small cakes (20 pcs per baking tray)
Hot water sponge cake
Double crust apple pie (tins placed next to one another,
fig. A)
Double crust apple pie (tins placed diagonally across from
each other, fig. B)
* Preheat oven
** Preheat for 10 minutes
Grilling
Toast (universal pan + wire rack)
Beef steaks, x 12 (universal pan + wire rack)
* Preheat for 10 minutes
** Turn over after Z of the cooking time
