Possible cause / solution

Is the mains plug correctly inserted in the plug socket?
•
Is the socket defective?
Try another socket.
•
Check the fuse of your mains connection.
•
Is the On/Off switch in position 1?
•
The consistency of the ice cream is already too hard.
Switch off the device and remove the stirring paddle as
otherwise it could become frozen solid in the ice cream.
Let the ice cream thaw a little and serve it as soon as it
has reached the desired consistency. Remove the ice
cream from the inner container with the aid of a spoon or
similar implement. Do not use the outlet unit!

The motor became too hot during use and the device has
switched itself off automatically (overload protection).
Pull the mains plug out of the socket, remove the
stirring paddle to prevent it from becoming fro-
zen solid in the ice cream, and allow the device
to cool down completely before you use it again.
If the consistency of the ice cream is already as you want
it, you can also serve the ice cream directly. Remove
the ice cream from the inner container with the aid of a
spoon or similar implement. Do not use the outlet unit!
