2. Slide five rings onto the axes on both sides. See image.

Place the included gel tyres onto all the axes, place one ring on
them and secure everything with a
safety pin.
Locking the push bar
The push bar can be locked in three positions. Choose the desired position and tighten
the screws on both sides. In the image below, the push bar is in the first position
(usually vertical).
