Troubleshooting
If the device does not function properly, fi rst check whether the problem can be solved
by yourself. If these steps do not solve the problem, contact customer service.
Do not try to repair an electrical device yourself!
Problem
The device is not
working.
The fuse in the fuse
box is triggered.
The device
switches itself off
automatically.
Disposal
Dispose of packaging materials in an environmentally sound way and take recy-
clables to collection facilities.
This device is subject to European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment (WEEE). Do not dispose of this device as normal house-
hold waste, but through an offi cially approved disposal business according to
environmental regulations.

Possible cause
The mains plug is not proper-
ly plugged into the socket.
The socket is defective.
There is no mains voltage.
The motor unit (9) is not
correctly connected to one of
the attachments (3, 4) or the
protective cover (7) and thus
to the motor shaft (6).
Too many devices connected
to the same circuit.
The device is overloaded.
The device is equipped with
an overload protection, and in
case of overload the device
switches itself off.

Remedying
Correct the seating of the
mains plug.
Try another socket.
Check the fuse of the mains
connection.
Correct the seating of the
motor unit.
Reduce the number of devic-
es in the circuit.
In this case, remove the plug
from the socket and allow
the device to cool for approx.
10 minutes, after which the
device is ready for use again.
