After-sales service
Before calling the after-sales service:
1� Try to resolve the problem on your own (see the "Troubleshooting Guide" section)�
2� Restart the program to check that the problem has been resolved�
3� If the problem persists, call the after-sales service�
Transport/handling
Never lift the appliance by the worktop when transporting it�
1� Disconnect the plug�
2� Close the water tap�
3� Disconnect the inlet and drain hoses�
4� Remove any water trapped in the pipes and in the appliance (see the "Removing the filter"
and "Draining residual water" sections)�
5� Fit the transit bolts (required)�
6� Given that the machine weighs more than 55 kg, two people are needed to move it�
Electrical connection
Make sure that the outlet has an earth connection�
• Do not use multi-sockets or extension cords�
• The power supply must be compatible with the rated current of the appliance, i�e� 10 A�
• The electrical connections must be made in accordance with the local regulations in force�
• The electric cable must only be replaced by a qualified electrician�
