4. Operation
Always observe the safety instructions!
Check before operation the conformity of the voltage indicated on the type label with that of the mains!

5. Connection
Attach a sufficiently strong rope (water proofed) to the carrying handle of the pump in order to guide the pump down
Never use the power line for that purpose! A retainer clamp is located on the side of the carrying handle. It serves the purpose
of fixing the line of the float switch. Fix the float switch for the automatic operation so that its leading edge "solidly" touches the
ground. Hand-screw the reducer in the pump outlet as far as it will go! Two different sizes of hoses are mountable via hose clips
(not included in the delivery): 1 ½ "and 1" (1" = 1 inch; correspond to approximately ,54 cm).
The pump is suitable for a limited dry run . Therefore, fix the float switch only when the pump is not
connected to the mains.
The water temperature must not be warmer than max. + 35°C !
Electrical connection
Connect the power plug to a safety plug installed according to the regulations. Turning the pump on / off is done via the
integrated switch. The motor of the pump is protected via an integrated automatic temperature switch. In case of overheating,
the temperature switch turns the pump off automatically. Once the pump is cooled off it turns itself on again automatically.
Absolutely avoid the dry running of the pump! (Operating the pump without water in the casing of the pump).
In case of an electrical power shortage, disconnect the pump from the mains by unplugging the mains plug!
