Positioning
Electrical connection
• Place the hob on a firm, flat surface.
• Keep a minimum space of 5 cm around the hob.
• Wall socket and plug must be accessible at all times.
• Do not place any inflammable or deformable objects immediately
under the hob.
• The appliance may be placed on top of a table or work top.
The surface has to be heat resistant (>90 ºC).
• Put the plug in a socket.
• Make sure that the connecting cable does not come into contact
with parts that become hot.

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety
• The appliance is connected according to the connection
scheme 230 V 2L+2N ac. If a different connection is needed, the
appliance should only be connected by a qualified fitter (See wiring
diagrams on the bottom of the appliance).
Improper connection can cause the hotplates to burn out. This is
not covered by the guarantee.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.
